"Used this hotel when going to a night game at Turf Moor. (Burnley). Great location. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Clean throughout. Ideal."

"Great welcome on arrival. Reception very busy but made my check-in as simple as possible. My visit was part of an extended business trip and the stay was a welcome R&R stop. Didn't get chance to use all the facilities on offer, but the restaurant provided a relaxing, enjoyable hour or so to unwind. Compliments to the Chef(s) the food was excellent and the attentive restaurant staff completed my dining experience. Will be making this venue a regular stop-over when I'm next in the area."

"As my wife is allergic to mushrooms the evening staff went Through the menu to ensure she was safe. At breakfast the waiting staff provided her with her own serving utensils to avoid contamination and offered to cook a special batch oh hash browns as they were next to the mushrooms. Great work and customer service"

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel,the room was a decent size,clean and well furnished,the free buffet breakfast which is mainly continental did include bacon and sausages and was plentiful The staff were excellent.There are plenty of parking places,and the hotel is dog friendly The choice of beers was really good ,and food appetising although not many choices on the menu Clapham is a lovely village,and is a good base to visit many scenic areas of the Dales We will be making a return visit to...

"We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding. The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 "
