"Front office staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. Room was made available to us 1 hr before check in time. Room was clean and with standard amenities. Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc."

"The property is awesome, it clean, comfortable, quiet and better then we expected. Everyone in this trip is very happy and statifised with the room and it environment. Breakfast is good and the environment to have it is good and above expectations. The only draw back and negative thing is my room which is a family room wasnt ready at 3 plus when I reached there and tried to check. "This is my 4th stay at Montigo. I think the property has aged a lot since my last stay. I will likely not return anymore.
First, the property is poorly maintained. We stayed at the 5 bedroom villa. One of the rooms smell of mold and mildew. One corner of the bedroom has black spots on the ceiling that looks like mold but we can’t verify or confirm if it is. Broken tiles in the pool that makes it unsafe for young kids.
The villa is also not cleaned properly. Floor is dusty with dirt spots....
