"I love the stay so much! The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room was right in front of the beach and I could hear the wave sound the whole day/night. The room was pretty clean and the food was great too. Will definitely come back again! "

"I LOVE this place. I tend not to do reviews, but Banyan Tree overwhelmed me with their amazing service, their food (all 3 restaurants are amazing and plus this is the breakfast spread EVER). The rooms are spacious, great views, and such a honeymoon experience. The spa is not cheap, but they give you such great services that justify the price. We stayed here 5 days and never left the site. Having access to the two adjacent properties with a nice beach and gym. (We also walked around them and...

"The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"I had a lovely mother-daughter weekend. At first, the hotel was so quiet we thought it was nearly empty until we went to breakfast. The spa was great, the beachfront was very clean, and most of all the staff were so hospitable. They were so caring and made you feel very welcome. They helped with ferry transport, booking dinner reservations, buggy rides to dinner. Thank you so much for a memorable weekend with my mom!"
