"What a find. A very special and unique place on the east coast of Aus that was definitely a highlight on our 7 night road trip into QLD from Newcastle. The breakfast delivered to our accomodation and quality of the food at the onsite restaurant ticked all the boxes. We will be back."

"the accommodation needs a lot of attention. Whilst this is located centrally on the island and within walking distance to beach and pub the cleanliness of the accomodation was 4/10. For the amount of money you pay you would expect the place to be in a better condition, however, we find this with a lot of the houses on Stradbroke Island, the attention to detail is not there, big cobwebs everywhere, broken slates, missing remote controllers to air con units, sand everywhere."

"Sue the host was wonderful and very helpful. The Room was very comfortable and spacious. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended stay."

"Great spot to stay with walkable dining. Close to park and waterfront. Warm, welcoming staff. Super clean. Safe parking. Although be sure to specify if stairs are problematic when booking."

"Room was sufficient for my stay. Did not see staff but thats not a problem. Definitely going to be comi g back again. Thank you guys."

"Owners of the property were extremely helpful and the communication was excellent. "

"The property was great. Everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. Very happy to stay again when in Cleveland."

"Very basic but that is reflected in the price. It is next door to a pub so they can be some loud patrons leaving the premises."

"Very soft bed, very low water pressure in shower, hot water took almost 4 minutes to come through"

"This is my second time as a customer and I really got a lot out of this second stay. It's a relaxing property in a picturesque location with good management and housekeeping."
