"Overall service is good"

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel during our visit to Vaishno Devi. The staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Tilak Raj at the reception. He was extremely cooperative . His courteous attitude truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel is very well maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, and a neat, peaceful ambience. Housekeeping...

"The property was clean and well maintained. Although I went during an off season still I was addressed with best behavior and all the amenities were working. The food we ordered were also up to the mark. We even got a complimentary drop off service to the starting point of Vaishno devi mandir trek"

"Property is old with washroom fitting old fashioned. This is not Clarks standard hotel , this is budget friendly. Don’t expect cab service of hotel to be working as hotel have single cab and always busy."
