"Microwave was not working...room was very ok ok..will not stay next time it nothing like picture shown on the website"

"Great stay at a new, clean property."

"Everything great"

"Air conditioning unit had sand all over it. The carpet needs replacing the whole room just needs a remodel. I’m sorry they have to say that but it’s just really bad needs painting. The furniture is old. The beds and the pillows are great though."

"That staff was distracted on the phone have to ask where was our room and we checked in it soon as we walked in the room smell like pee especially in the bathroom it was sticky nasty .... Will not recommend or stay again"

"Place is nice and clean. Within walking distance to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions. Can’t really ask for much from a 3 star hotel. But you need to use a vending machine for water or bring your own, and luggage is self serve. Free parking is almost nonexistent in the area."

"Nothing"

"The rooms were very dated with worn out dirty appearing carpet and bathroom in the single king room we stayed that was so small literally the door swinging into the toilet was hitting the toilet. You have to stand beside the toilet to shut the bathroom door. Would not recommend this hotel as there are any options close to it that are the same price and much more comfortable and clean."

"Not worth a review"

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The hotel is a little older and a little dated. Some things looked worn. But it was a fine place."

"Evelyn the waitress in the Toscano restaurant was exceptional.she knows hospitality and practices it. Promote her"

"Shower was terrible with minimal pressure. On all settings on the shower head, I could only get a small stream out of it. The doors between the adjoining rooms offered little sound blocking and had screaming children in the adjoining room all night and early morning. This was my first stay in a Hyatt and I was pretty disappointed."
