"We were looking for a place to stay to attend a morning event in Richfield CT. Since it was just a night stay, we didn't want to get an expensive hotel, but we wanted to be no more 10-12 miles away. We found Heidi's Inn in Brewster on Expedia. And we're so glad we did. The place was built in the 50s, and it is charming and well kept. It has a quiet and peaceful garden. And a beautiful little eating place with an old fashioned fireplace. Great room with parking and a private entrance....

"The toilet was not working properly."

"This house was so incredible. Not only was it in a quiet nice neighborhood the inside was incredible too. Pool table as well as a pool it was perfect for my stay to have fun and enjoy our time. They were very communicative and welcoming to their house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Can’t say any bad things about this place. Definitely going to book again. I already miss it. "

I arrived at approximately 3:15 PM, only to be informed that my room was still being cleaned. The front desk staff could not provide an estimated timeframe for when the room would be ready. I asked whether a credit or some form of compensation could be offered for the inconvenience, but my request was denied. I was told that the hotel was fully booked due to several wedding...

"We stayed for a friend’s wedding. The room was okay, except the USB port was not working so we were not able to charge our phones. The room was cozy with enough space and storage, but was very dark, it was a challenge to do a formal make up."
