"Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive."

"I stayed in this hotel with my family in february. The hotel room was amazing and so spacious even with a rollaway bed too. on the first night we had a problem with the shower leaking. The staff straight away moved us to another room. We had a little problem with the tv and reported this. Within 5 minutes someone came to asess the problem.
