"The resort was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the main pool(s) and water park. The bugs were a bit problematic. The first room had insects in both beds. They were crawling in the white bed sheets. Thankfully, the staff moved us to a different room. "

"Beautiful property, excellent service, everyone we engaged with were professional yet friendly and personable. Everything was clean yet updated and modern. Amazing amenities. My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. "

"The room was excellent, very clean and cozy. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, management made every effort to ensure our stay was not affected. The Denny's Restaurant and the Casino are excellent. I hope to return in the future."
