"We were very impressed with both the facility and the staff! Beautiful hotel, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had flown for hours with two long layovers on the way and were exhausted. Though ‘our’ room was not ready this early in the morning, they were able to get us into an alternate room right away. Though I don’t know what the original room would have been like, we were perfectly satisfied with the alternate. Help at the desk was attentive and polite. We also exchanged money at the desk with no problem and no commission. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food choices. We had to leave our bags for several hours on check-out day to go on a tour we had scheduled, and they had no problem storing them for us. Location was great near Wenceslaus Square. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Prague."

"The room was clean. We appreciated the complimentary water daily. Also, we liked that our shower had a door. Unlike our travel companions, their showers didn't have a door and was uncomfortable for them. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It had a good selection. The highlight for us was the fois gras. We also appreciated the massage service available upon request. The massage for two people in the room received was excellent."

"Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."

"Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location met my needs perfectly. My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. I'm 6'3", and even I had to bend my legs quite a bit to get in and out. It made me think that older guests or anyone with limited mobility could have a difficult time and potentially be at risk of slipping or falling. Other than that, I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"L’accueil était bon emplacement de l’hotel est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le nettoyage est moyen. Il faudrait peut être donner moins de chambre a nettoyer a l’équipe. . J’ai quand même aimé mon séjour. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de piscine . Merci"
