"I return to this place; two to three times a year, as a former resident of Trumann. I still have family and friends, in Trumann, and in the surrounding cities. I usually stay in rooms above the front desk, with seldom any problems. When I encounter a problem, it has been resolved. I have never had their breakfast, so I can not speak to that, Positive, or Negative... During this trip, I needed two rooms, (Non-smoking) near the pool. "No toilet paper. A fishing rod in the corner that should not have been there. A busted toilet seat and an unsecured toilet that rocked back and forth. Room reeked of nicotine. Hotel key did not work and had to be moved and let in by staff. "
