"An amazing trip with friends. Dinner was great but lunch wasn’t good at all. We ordered a bunch of things from the menu but everything was subpar. The only disappointing part of our trip"

"Travelled with family for a weekend to use the pool. Booked the two bedroom premium room.
Check-in was delayed by an hour because staff could not figure out difference between included breakfast in initial booking. Very unprofessional in service and did not offer appropriate explanation, I had to pay for breakfast again even though Expedia itinerary had included breakfast in overall cost.
Pool was only opened for an hour, and closed off for the remainder of the weekend due to cleaning. Guests...

"The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful).
The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with good security
It is an older property, but it is maintained quite well.

"Although we confirmed via email our arrival time the airport shuttle was not there and we had to call for it to come pick us up.
The shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am was on time.
Unfortunately, there was no wifi.
