"We loved every part of our stay at the Elysium. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything from the room, the breakfast, dining options to the pools, spa and wonderfully helpful staff was just spot on. A fantastic hotel which I cannot recommend highly enough. 30 minutes before my departure, I realised I had lost a pendant. "Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. I was taken to a hotel with an inconvenient location with nothing around, I’m appalled by the lack of structure and devotion to its customers. I’ve also historically stayed at Alvida...

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers were nice and hot. Hot tub and gym facilities were nice.
Staff was super helpful.
Swimming pool was cold but clean. Would’ve been great if the pool was heated. "

"Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside was how rude the dinner staff was one night when the entire room was empty and I asked to use an extra chair for my purse, as they didn’t have a purse stool. 200 empty chairs and the one I used was taken away…
But, other than that we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the resort/other staff!"
