"A hotel that struggles to be boutique and luxury and ends up feeling more like an upmarket airport layover. Not helped by booking 11 of 15 rooms out to a tour party. A take over where the pool lobby and restaurant were set up for them. Operations manager who was new to the job did offer a table for dinner in the reception lobby but not really where we wanted dinner. Waited 45 minutes next morning for coffee and eventually some croissants- then had to leave. Senior management who we were informed...

"Incredibly weird room. Having the toilet and sink on one side of the bed and the shower on another is not practical. Would be great to have a door on the toilet. And not one area to put a shaving kit- o vanity space , shelf , hooks. Not even a place to hand a towel. Lots of windows up high means your room is flooded with light , not great if you are trying to sleep in. And although breakfast was delicious, it took over 30 minutes to arrive.
