"Great place that's kind of off the beaten path outside Charlottsville. room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of hot water at a good pressure and the breakfast was very good. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend you do to if passing through Orange, VA."

"Room was dirty"

"Getting to property was somewhat confusing since it was connected with a Days Inn. We were a party of 4 women and given a room on the second floor in rear of building. Would have preferred something closer to front and an elevator. Breakfast was very good and service staff pleasant."

"It was a nice convenient place to stay. Breakfast offering good. 24 hr coffee & tea available. Asked for room with minimal walking for my husband and was acommodated."

"Closed to work"

"If the roll-in shower/shower chair are important to your stay you may need to look elsewhere. I found the configuration here barely workable. Also, there was a little of that something crawling on me felt while trying to go to sleep."

"The breakfasts were not the best. The cereal was stale"

"Beautiful resort, friendly staff, excellent restaurant."

"Hotel is clean but is older. Rooms are musty but looked like they were fixing a water issue on the first floor. Staff were friendly and the hotel was overall quiet and comfortable."

"Btoken sink bowls lose faucets and handles Terrible beds broken damage a/c units controls minifridge leaking inside room shower damage cealing and walls and faucet harware damage too very poor maintenance"

"Clean, quiet and convenient location for all things downtown Culpepper."

"Lovely big rooms."

"This was one of the best stays we have ever had. A truly phenomenal place."

"We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast type place so we didnt know what to expect. The grounds are very beautiful, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants which were amazing for breakfast. It was a good experience."
