"Our check in took over an hour. I had texted ahead of time to ask for rooms near to each other with no response. So when we got there it took about an hour to switch rooms then they wanted to charge me more which I explained I didn’t ask for a larger room. Our pillows Smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep on them. The floor in our one room was so dirty that the bottom of our grandkids feet were black. In the Morning we couldnt find one clean table to sit at for breakfast. Staff was friendly...

"Internet was terrible"

"Myself and 2 other family members had 3-rooms. 1 on each floor 1-2-3. All of our doors to get into room would stick. You would have to put full body force to open and then slam the door closed. Also-maybe no fault of the hotel but there were police presence due to a fight involving hotel patrons…ATF officers knocking on doors. What appeared to be a party going on outside by my aunts room..for quite a few hours. Not fun."

"I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...
