"Stay away! It was the worst experience of my whole stay in Sri Lanka. I booked that hotel for 1 night. I noticed that they have a policy for late check in (after 9pm) so on the way I tried to contact them because I was afraid if I will be able to get over there on time. "We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "
