"10/10"

"Wonderful property, the grounds are beautiful and it is a short pretty walk to amazing downtown Rochester. Love this place and highly recommended it!"

"One look at the breakfast and we opted to walk over to First Watch instead. The hotel is great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is lackluster. There’s also a nice-looking bar in the lobby that goes unused every evening, so for your nightcap walk over to Brown Iron Brewhouse where there are plenty of beers and ciders on tap, and where you get a discount when staying at the hotel (at the time of writing this review). We’ll be back here every time we come to town due to the location."

"The breakfast is included-it was not listed as such on the booking (wish I had known ahead of time). Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Blinds and curtains actually fully cover."

"Great place look new to me, staff was great and the place super clean safe. Parking is easy and safe."

"Overall, my experience was excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady working the morning shift, was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. This was my first time staying at Hyatt with complimentary breakfast included, and I was very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"I really love this place very clean and the staff is great there"

"Had good parking, no complementary snacks or drinks in the room, but they had a nice gym, small computer room, and food for purchase in the lobby. Room was clean, curtains don’t stretch across the window though so it was a little uncomfortable but you can see out no one can see in. Overall great stay would go there again for sure was in town visiting family with my husband"

"👍"

"The front desk customer service person couldn't find my 2nd room reservation and I ended up getting 1 room with 2 beds for 3 people. The bed smells strong javelin and we had headaches next day all day."

"all good"

"They should clean the Room everyday but they don’t"
