"I booked the room for my aunty who travelled solo and she enjoyed her stay very much. The staff was very attentive, looked after her, went above and beyond, everything was perfect. The hotel was very well located and it was easy for her to explore the surroundings by foot. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel in the future for myself or recommend it to my family and friends. The staff was also very responsive to my messages - excellent communication. Very satisfied overall."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The location is excellent, and the bungalows are very nice. I also stayed here in 2020, when I was quite disappointed, so it was a pleasant surprise to see how much things have improved since then. The staff were friendly and helpful, although the team appeared to be a bit short-staffed, particularly in the mornings. As a result, early breakfast service may not always be available."

"Loved this quiet, beautiful friendly place. Perfectly set by the beach, amongst the stunning vegetation of northern New Caledonia. Perfect for a chilled relaxing break. Helpful friendly staff. Shout out to the lovely Delphine, really enjoyed our chat / French lesson 😊"

"The over water bungalows were lovely, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food (breakfast was okay) was a really low standard for lunch and dinner. There was a buffet; but it was not quite right. Also, room service was really unpleasant food too -- if the food quality could be addressed, it would be an amazing stay!"

"The location was great, right near bus stops, in between the bays, easy walk to restaurants and cafes and beaches. The apartments were very poorly maintained though, for example the door lock was practically falling off, a kitchen drawer did fall off, etc."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. A special mention to the cleaning team, who were outstanding and went above and beyond every day—their attention to detail was remarkable. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and a real highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxing. The only minor downside was the bathing attire restrictions at the Aqua Spa; however, the staff handled this with great courtesy and professionalism when explaining the policy, which we appreciated. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay."

"Our stay has been amazing. The beach right in front of the property is stunning and you are at a short distance of Kuto beach and Kanumera Bay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing. The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines."
