"A very nice stay @ Casa del sole, Noumea. Excellent location right on the beach, ask for Baie de citrons side as the wind is not blowing that much on that side. Huge 2 bedroom apartment, clean & comfortable but be prepared for Caledonian standards: - no tea/ coffee available (and no paper filter in the coffee machine) - no dishwashing liquid - Dishwasher no functionning - and u pay for wifi But, we had a great stay anyway, as it is "the place to be" in Noumea"

"Such a beautiful location. Stayed in room 168 in the overwater bungalows and it was fantastic! Beautiful water, turtles outside our room everyday. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were able to snorkel and kayak. Had options for waterboarding, jet skiing and water bikes too. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Rest of the food was ok, nothing crazy given the price. Staff were lovely but did seen short staff and overwhelmed at peak times which was a shame to see. Had a couple massage while there which was lovely. Overall a great place and I would go back."

"I cannot recommend this highly enough. One of my favourite resorts I've stayed in. A nice place to relax and the beach bungalow was well worth the price to relax with the ocean right there. lots of friendly local dogs on the beach was a bonus too. Great food in the restaurant and the room service was worthwhile with our beach bungalow. Kayaks were fun to take out too."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Kou-Bugny. Île des Pins is simply magnificent — peaceful, beautiful and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Kou-Bugny has two beautiful white-sand beaches, both incredibly peaceful and surrounded by stunning scenery. The location is truly special. The restaurant was another highlight. They serve beautiful local and French dishes, with a great selection of fresh seafood and meat. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they organised our airport pick-up as well as all of our excursions, making everything very easy for us. One of our favourite experiences was the excursion where we were able to swim with manta rays and turtles. Afterwards, we enjoyed an amazing BBQ with huge lobsters and a huge snapper — an unforgettable experience! Thank you to the whole team at Kou-Bugny for your wonderful hospitality. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!"

"Staff were amazing - Super lovely and helpful. Unfortunately there were major renovations being undertaken in reception and the pool and restaurant were closed, none of which we knew until we got there. Had we known, we would probably have booked elsewhere"
