"Great stay. The hotel is well located. Rooms are pristine. And breakfast is very good"

"Took me over 40 mins to check in. No staff available on reception to help out. Just a self service check in screen which didn’t recognise my booking so had to phone a number that was unrecognised. Was extremely stressful and I was late to my dinner reservation. I asked for a double room on my booking but when I got to the room it was a twin room- but of course no staff in reception to rectify this. Beds were not comfortable and the room was dimly lit. Not enough lighting in the room at all. Very...

"The the staff at the front desk were wonderful and there is helpful as could be the location of the hotel three minute walk to the train station was perfect since we were there for 10 days and taking the train everywhere. The restaurants in the area, especially Freddy’s pico ciao we’re right down the street as well as a coffee shop that we stopped at. We were not impressed with the restaurant the Rubens at patch to the hotel and only had dinner there once the problem was the room was hot and...

"The room was clean, staff was friendly. Only downside is there is no elevator, and no fridge or microwave to keep food was desired temperature. Location is ideal."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly"

"Wonderful property within walking distance to all or Leiden. Beautiful balcony right on the water."

"The place was a little dingy but the location in Leiden was great. It is supposed to be closing at the first of May."
