"The location suited us since it was in a quiet, but up and coming area, away from the city center. The pillows were hard, and softer pillows were not available during our stay. The room got cleaned and towels got changed, but the glasses did not. When you stay several days, it should be done without us needing to ask."

"The rooms in this hotel are fine, if a bit cramped for 2 people. The staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. HOWEVER, here is an important tip: Do NOT eat in the hotel restaurant. The menu is very limited, and some of the items are very odd, including a cauliflower dish which was barely edible. And the lemon tart was not properly cooked. The chef lacks basic skills. So, avoid the restaurant."

"The wellness area was a great advantage to our stay. Location was very good as walkable from the train station and to the heart of the city. Lots of food options nearby. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, over priced and our dinner came out with 2 of the 3 items lukewarm to cold. Enjoyed our time in the bar. Staff was great beside the one waitress we had."
