"No amenities, not even one single bottle of water. It warms unfortunate especially for travelers from international countries arriving and not finding one single bottle of water."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite nice for the price and quite comfortable. Really liked the town of Aalsmeer in which hotel was located. We were staying there to explore a few days before a boat/bike tour out of Amsterdam. Rented bikes from shop in town and spent one day biking the lake and surrounding area, then spent second biking into Amsterdam"

"Personal en recepción muy amable, nos explicó que opciones teníamos para hacer y a donde ir. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buen bufete para desayuno Ubicado a unos pasos del metro Muy recomendable"

"Great hotel. There was an event every night. The decor was really welcoming."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast food was good although we found the snack options very expensive! The bar was clean and most of the staff were lovely."

"Great location! Very well maintained and clean hotel. I enjoyed this stay and would stay here again."

"I appreciated the saunas after a long day in the city. The room was spacious with a view of the canal. Housekeeping was excellent and the bathrooms were cleaned well."

"So so"

"I liked the location near Vondelpark. I liked that it had a lift for me to transport my luggage up and down the stairs. The room was much too hot to sleep. The beds are small. The bathroom and shower were good."
