"We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order."

"I booked through Expedia. The room was clean, bed good - but no table or chair and would have been way too small for more than a solo traveller. Main purpose of the very nice deck seemed to be for the staff to lounge around when they weren't busy - bit off-putting"

"The breakfast only at 10 is really annoying, even got shout out to get a coffee at 9.30, they should really do something about it !!! The photos are way better than the reality. The beach club was closed cause of the weather... it was very warm... sunny 30 degrees, the beach is abandonned not really nice to be there. We asked to use the waterbikes on the photo but it was not possible, they looked like they did not move the wole summer."
