"Loved everything about this place, from the beach reads left in our room, to the warm staff (go Neal!) to the best turkey club I've ever had in my life. The location can't be beat, onsite spa was lovely, and overall, just truly a stunning stay. 11 out of 10 would recommend."

"Reserved a room. Got there, no room available because the night before there was a party and rooms were never cleaned. Front desk clerk was nonchalant about, wouldn't call the manager for me and threatened to call police if I didnt leave. Rude and inconsiderate. I was 3 hrs from home had no idea where the closest hotel was, it was 8pm and raining. No suggestions from her, just a "I'm really sorry there is nothing I can do". This happened to the man who came in b4 me also, and he had 2 rooms...

"This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke...
