"we were traveling to enjoy the fall scenery in the mountains. The Mountaineer Motel was perfect for our stay. It provided a place for rest as we traveled through the mountains."

"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "
