"Rooms were nice and staffs quite friendly.
Until the check out time. We were requested to stay just an hour in the room waiting for the van to come and pick us up because of the bad weather storming attack and left us hanging around the reception area Hiding not to get wet :(

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special!
As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you...

"A great stay indeed. From the time you enter the resort, the guests already have a positive impression. The entrance design & landscape, the water fountain and the cleanliness provides the experience that guests expect. The employees are very friendly and well trained. The amenities like the swimming pool and pool bar are my favorites. I like the spacious rooms and balcony over looking the bay. And the restaurant especially breakfast provides great selection. Definitely will stay here...

"Really nice pool. The breakfast was good everyday. The banana shake was to die for so was the mango shake. I recommend going on a trike tour so you know the area. We did that the second day. I learned that robinsons mall is walking distance. Walk out of the gate and go right straight down ans you will see the mall, Jollibee and chow king.
