"The hotel and rooms were very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. The noise level both inside the hotel and outside of the hotel is what lowered our rating and experience. The walls are paper thin."

"Just not clear when my security deposit is returned to me. It was not explained fully. I did notice that I have a charge on my credit card from the hotel, and really, all we did was sleep there so no damage whatsoever."

"Parking is a nightmare. Listing says self parking for $45 but it’s actually valet for $55 and they didn’t even go get my vehicle. My group and another group were given our keys and pointed in the direction of where our cars were parked. Staff wasn’t nice at all."

"Property is downtown, have to park in a parking structure adjacent to the hotel. Parking is tight , hotel is great, rooms are large, Bkfst is actually pretty good with a much wider food variety than usual. Pool is nice with plenty of seating and even a nice grill. Has an exercise facility as well. Would recommend, parking is about $37 but the hotel validates so u can come and go. "While the hotel was clean and well kept the other services were less than expected. We have stayed at Drury Inns over the last 15 years. Use to look forward to kick back meal after long days traveling. This has become very disappointing. About the only thing I will eat is the hot dogs and even that was stale buns and shriveled hot dogs. The free cocktails went from 3 to 2. Cutting all the perks so no longer a good value for your money ."

"I had a room on floor #6. It was so dreadfully noisy that I could not sleep on either of the nights. Street noise that sounded like drag racing was very loud. One of the beds had a dip in the middle, which contributed to the discomfort. The A/C was very noisy and ineffective - it seems to be blowing room temperature air. "There is soap in only some rooms. Had to ask for Iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Iron didn't work. 1st room was not fully cleaned. Staff was very nice, but there really is no amenities in this hotel. No ice machine. Guess must freeze their own. Cheap hotel, cheap service."

"the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10...
