"Blood stained sheets, bed bug under sheet, made us take a 2nd floor room because of our dog even though I had request bottom floor access due to being disabled but the dog is a service dog. Breakfast was cold on Saturday. Nowhere to sit outside to smoke even though its a smoke free facility. Was woke up Sunday morning by someone vacuuming the hallway at 8am. Just one of the worst stays anywhere I've ever had."

"TVs don’t work. They don’t have extra wash cloths to give. Out of everything at breakfast. Overcharged $100 dollars after we left."

"Front desk staff was really unprofessional. The lobby smelled like smoke. There was no soda in the vending machine, no coffee available in the morning. I was also given a room on the second floor which was really inconvenient given my two young kids. Also I don't think it's wheel chair accessable up there. People leave their trash sitting outside their room because they don't empty the trash cans often enough. On my second night I got woken up at about 1am by someone banging on my neighbors...

"The property could use upgrades. The bathrooms are in need of new grout, maybe new shower/tub, ceiling, & there were no amenities, like cups. The floors are vinyl/hardwood look alike. I felt like I should wear shoes or socks all the time. No carpet. Not even low pile kind. My son left a couple of items behind by mistake. They said I had to come back & get them. What? No offer for shipping! What the heck! What are travelers supposed to do? I would pay for shipping. The staff did not offer...

"No coffee. No forks. 3 jets in tub didn't work. Toilet had black rings in it. Staff was helpful but noticeably stoned. Room temperature was set to 60 when we arrived. This place was not my first choice but I really only wanted the tub."
