"The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal, toast, muffins. Out of 4 juice choices, the apple and orange were out of order, the cranberry was weak leaving the lemonade which was ok. Location was good and seemed to be safe. Plenty of parking."

"The toilet in the bathroom of the room I was assigned to had a problem and the flushing handle was not working properly."

"Beds were comfortable, quiet, great breakfast. The bathtub surface was getting worn in spots and the main floor ice machine was out of order."

"The motel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Motel room was comfortable."

"Room was clean enough"

"Staffs are helpful and breakfast is good. The room is good to sleep with air cool. However, train running all day long made us hard to sleep well."

It’s the following day. Still waiting to hear from a call. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again."

"This property has potential. It is in the very rundown, ghostown-like area in Gallup. The outside of the building and parking lot leave much to be desired but the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The woman who checked us in was very nice."

"Thaw room and the property were wonderful. Unfortunately the only elevator in the building was out of order and the guest had to carry our own luggage to the upper floors. The staff did not offer any assistance. The work out room was not available because the battery on the electronic door was not working. The staff did not have a maintenance technician to fix the problem. Only a couple of the staff members were willing to help. The others didn’t want you to bother them. The hotel sent me a...
