"I arrived at the Lanka Princess Hotel to find no one able to resolve my booking issue. I spent over 4–5 hours trying to contact both the hotel and Expedia live chat, which eventually froze with “Got it, let’s help with your request.” No solution was offered, and I was left stranded after a full day wasted. "A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue."
