"We had a fantastic time and the staff were all great and welcoming especially given we had a 6 month baby with us. Hamdi specifically was such a highlight and made our stay really memorable thanks to his genuine positive energy. The private beach is great and very close to the hotel. Only point worth a little improvement is the room service food which was hit and miss. But overall highly recommended."

"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, so my only two concerns were, the electrical failures that affected the property and surrounding areas and the inability of the hotel management to effectively respond to me when I quetioned the 3rd party sites that advised that a COVID-19 test was mandatory. By failing to respond to my numerous messages, I arrived with trepidation as to how I'd be received on arrival, and I find their failure to properly communicate with me to be irresponsible."

"We come here for an annual 3 night escape without the kids during our vacation…breakfast is nice as always. Definite improvement on the spa services from 2 yrs ago. Check-in is never on time and we had to go on an adventure looking for cash to pay because they said their system was down and couldn’t pay with card...at least we discovered that there is a small “mall” nextdoor. The pool remains a scene to watch with the drama of the “reserved cabanas”…but I just put out our towels in one of them...

Personale attento ai bisogni e necessità dell’ospite, camera pulita, insonorizzata e con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno anche lavorativo (bollitore, angolo business), centralissimo, comodo per visita della città (Medina e monumenti, negozi, bar, ristoranti, taxi) vicino all’aeroporto,...

"J’ai passé une très belle nuit à Dar El Jeld, dans une magnifique suite au charme traditionnel et à l’élégance raffinée. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’ambiance, à la fois authentique, chic et chaleureuse. La suite était très confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Une belle parenthèse hors du temps, avec un accueil très agréable. Je recommande vraiment cette adresse et j’y retournerai avec plaisir. Amira ❤️"
