"Top complex, facilities, staff and all around experience"

"The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves."

"Although the staff was mainly local, they need training to deal with visitors. We had dinner at Fairouz restaurant, but the charged us extra for water. No soft drinks were served"

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "

"Bathroom smells bad all the time , singer at night so annoying, not enough towels only 2 , breakfast not the best juice hot not cold there is flies inside bread cabinet, but not that bad breakfast but they can do better, my advice don’t go to the Falls area if there is people there because they will leave everything and they’ll keep looking at you I don’t know why , all my bad comments but still it’s worth it to visit I like it I go all the time but I hope they make it better, workers are...

"Perfect location if you wish to visit nearby Dead Sea or go to Amman. There is also plenty of shops around if you wish to shop/eat local foods. There is a fenced off parking area next to hotel which is also amazing if you bring your own vehicle."

"The Mariam never disappoints. The room was comfortable. The beds allowed a great night sleep. The coffee on the balcony in the early morning overlooking the pool and neighborhood was peaceful and an extremely relaxing way to begin the day. Rasha and Jawoud were very welcoming. Finally, the morning breakfast was scrumptious and fueled for the day. Love, love the Mariam. A returning visitor since 2012. As well, Madaba is a jewel. "
