"Hotel is nicely situated in the warehouse district. Fairly quiet area. Staff were really nice. Rooms are comfortable. But there are some oddities. My colleagues and I each had different rooms. None of them had hand soap? I had to request some and a basket of small bars was left in my room for me. But just odd. The layout is also a bit odd. I had to take some business meetings from the room. You have to cover the sink behind you with a curtain to hide it - but that’s where the light comes from. The shower is in one room. The toilet in another. The light automatically goes on even if you don’t want it to. For a luxury hotel, it just feels off. Overall the property is beautiful. The coffee shop is great. The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The rooftop pool is not much bigger than a soaking tub but people didn’t seem to mind. The public toilets were having issues but the staff directed me to another set on another floor I could use. (I had checked out and returned to get my luggage). I would stay again and recommend - as long as you are aware of the quirks that come along with the rooms."

"Great casino, great hard working staff, hotel rooms are very nice with updated amenities. Only a couple of things to mention that need improving: 1. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the hotel room. 2. The worst part of my experience was being at the craps table and having to wait 2 hours for a drink! The waitstaff work their tails off, but they are VERY poorly managed! Not enough waitstaff to service the customers at any time during the day or night! When people are spending good money at your casino, you'd better not let them be thirsty! They need to step up their game and schedule enough waitstaff accordingly."
