"We left 15 mins after checking in. We rented the suite with 2 sleeper sofas only to find 1 when we arrived. Went to open closet door and door knob fell off. Went into bathroom to find sink full of hair and mold in shower. Sheets had hair on top. We called Expedia told them we were leaving and were told the hotel was charging us for 1 night even though we pointed out it was the wrong room that we reserved 3 months earlier.
