"Need a major update place is like in 90". Pool was very very cold. Not as pretty like picture. Very loud when you have a room looking at the pool with balcony. Complementary breakfast disgusting."

"its good that you can finally find a place to stay! I drive quite a few hours to be here. The view is great. But don't expect you can have food here, but you can travel 10 minutes to find what you want. There is no conditioner here. I can't remember it has coffee or not. For a good night's sleep, that place can provide you. Parking is free. The price is reasonable. The staff is helpful and nice."

"This is a compact apartment with all of the necessities, in a great location. We had a couple of minor issues (screen door to the balcony wouldn't stay on track), and these issues were fixed immediately. The manager, Wyatt, was particularly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Staff was very helpful. Our biggest complaint was the VERY slippery bedspread! It would not stay on the bed. Kept having to drag it back on the bed multiple times every night. We definitely would stay there again."

"By the River is a beautiful era house! The owners keep to themselves. It is on the St. John River but there isn't a view of it from the house. We stayed in the Bliss Carmen room, which has a great big tub. A wonderful place overall!"

"The hotel is really dirty. Theres a musty smell, mold in the bathroom and stains on the carpet and walls. There was no bathroom door and obvious water damage in the bathroom. I didnt feel safe or comfortable, so i left after one night. I don't think any money has been spent on the rooms in a long time. The owner or person who checked me was very nice, but once i saw the room i realized the owner just dosen't care. Even the lamp shade was cooked! They couldn't even be bothered to straighten it...
