"The basin won't drain due to the stopper was not functioning. The entrance to the room was full of cigarette butts and the floor was very dirty. The body lotion container was empty. People was smoking in front of the room. The tissue in the kleenex box was all crumbled, didn't know if it's been used."

"We loved our stay! Mary went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated and enjoyed!!!"

"We took a chance on our way through the Fredericton area. The reviews I read were generally positive. The reality is that it is a ‘budget friendly’ spot that offers lodging at a very basic level. The free breakfast is made up of bread for toast, a variety of cereals, some yogurt in single serve containers and coffee, which didn’t live up to my particular expectations. The good news is it’s only a few minutes walk from the Blue Canoe restaurant. Would I return? Probably not."

"We enjoyed this hotel very much. We thought it was brand new, but it was 6 years old."

"Enjoyed original architecture. Pleasant stay."

"The hotel is really dirty. Theres a musty smell, mold in the bathroom and stains on the carpet and walls. There was no bathroom door and obvious water damage in the bathroom. I didnt feel safe or comfortable, so i left after one night. I don't think any money has been spent on the rooms in a long time. The owner or person who checked me was very nice, but once i saw the room i realized the owner just dosen't care. Even the lamp shade was cooked! They couldn't even be bothered to straighten it...

"Liked everything but felt conscious about walking around on the creaky 3rd floor maybe a few more rugs might help"
