"Check in was swift and efficient. My luggage was in my room before I even got there. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed very very comfortable."

The bathroom was clean but there’s was no storage at the sink and the shower stall was small. The location is perfect for a short break so I would stay there again and bring a portable fan."

"The lift was out of order on my second morning when I was leaving. I had four bags with me which in total were too heavy to take down four flights of stairs in one trip. (I'm 76 and was on my own). Surely, lift maintenance should take place after all guests leaving that day had left. Fortunately, after a short wait, a member of staff helped me with my luggage to the car park. Room 407. I was surprised at earplugs being provided, but hearing a club(?) behind the hotel empty their glass bins at 1, 2, 3 and 4am both nights it became obvious why! "Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, das Bad klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Strand ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Ich hatte ein Full Englisch Breakfast mit Obstsalat, Saft und Kaffee inklusive, für 14£ sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis."
