"The first room was so smelly that was inhabitable, coach was disgusting with VERY visible stains (God know from what). We asked the front desk lady to change, she did so, but the next room was also not great, still smelly but we were tired, had a full day ahead of us, so we decided to stay and endure. I wish I had my money back, I got pictures, the rooms smelled terrible and the overall up-keep was not great. Staff was good and have not fault on this."

"Balcony view was decent, but sadly Cedar Key was hit very hard by Helene in 2024 and has not recovered well. Many restaurants /bars boarded up and for sale. Staff was not there when I arrived at 2:45 so I had a 10 -15 minute wait . Nicest place in the area was Island Hotel, their restaurant and Neptune Bar."

"The room was nice as well were the staff. The adjoining restaurant was very good and well priced. This is a dog friendly establishment so keep that in mind. I would gladly stay there again."

"Loved the cabin; Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. They even got us a grill. You get a living room with big windows, nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen and the bedroom with a big bed. The cabin has 2 a/c units. The grounds were pretty. Liked the pool area too. Very cool that they give you a golf cart. We loved the bike rides. We also booked some horseback riding through the forest. My only complaint would be that they were doing construction behind the cabin. So our view was a...

"The rooms were adorable. The property itself was amazing - on the water with a lovely dock to sit and have coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening. The amenities- golf cart, bicycles and kayaks were a nice plus for such a reasonably priced property."

"This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."

"This was the perfect family vacation rental! We stayed with our infant and toddler, and the condo was perfect for our needs. The view from the balcony was great, and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. It was an easy walk or golf cart ride into town. Everyone was extremely friendly, and we loved exploring Cedar Key. We absolutely plan to return, and I’d love to stay in this condo again next time!"

"The host was super helpful and available if needed. The screened in gazebo on the river is definitely the highlight of the property! Although dated, this is a great property."
