"The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service.
