"Pacasmayo is a hot place, the AC in tbe room barely blows cold air and I think they programmed the remote control to be that way ( i really think they are trying to save money on electricity making you feel uncomfortable) .... there is no iron in the room neither a hair dryer ... we called the front desk and they didnt provide them either. The cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable, i dont think they use clorox, neither i think they scrub the floor or shower walls ... it also needs a lot...

"Our "Superior" room had a magnificent, second floor ocean view. The food at the Avalon restaurant was superb, but the waitstaff (Martin, Valentina, Valeria, Niorca and Yajida) were even better! Our room was cleaned daily by a very trustworthy staff. The shower water was hot. The hotel manager, Jesus, speaks excellent English and was very hospitable and helpful. He arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off. The pool is very nice but was closed for cleaning for too long and too often. Overall,...

"シングルを予約してましたが、ホテルの近くでお祭り？か何か催していて音がうるさいだろうからと大通りに面していない広い部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。 レセプションの女性はとても控えめですがこちらのリクエストには翻訳アプリを通じて快く応じてくれて親切で有り難かったです。 シーツは清潔で、エアコンはないが夜は扇風機で乗り切れた。ただ4日間の滞在中、ついに一度もお湯シャワーが出なかった… そういう仕様なのか？ ホステルという名前ですが普通のビジホなので共用スペースはほぼ無く、冷蔵庫とレンジは使いたいときにレセプションのスタッフに声をかける感じです。 ホテルの近くにはスーパーがあり、中心部には徒歩10分くらい。 ランドリーサービス有りとなっていたので依頼したところ、うちには無いから近くのラバンデリアに行って、とのことでした。"
