"The room was just ok. Very small, cheap amenities and the first night there was a very bad smell in the bathroom— sewage smell. Talk with the front desk the following morning and it was corrected Carpets in the hallway and elevator are in deep need of a good cleaning. That doesn’t give a good image. We expected the hotel to respond to your WhatsApp questions about whether they are still open and functioning after the hurricane but didn’t get a response. Fortunately they were open when we arrived. We’d stay there again if we are back in Kandy. "

"Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!"

"The location is excellent, though the access roads are a bit challenging due to the property being situated high in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent.
