"Perfect location. Quiet and relaxed. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool area. Room spacious and well equipped."

"Great room. The hotel looks better on the inside than when you first arrive so that was a pleasant surprise. The food in the restaurant was average. But having experienced Albanian food for a week it generally meets that same standard of being just okay. Nothing to go wow about but fills you up. The pool was a nice addition and great to relax in after a long drive. Towels were provided which I thought was a good touch as who wants to fly home with wet towels? "Nerium Garden Inn is a perfect place to stay for the end of our wonderful trip. The entire building including the rooms were very clean and modern sleek. The staff was really so helpful with everything - even getting us to the airport at 4:00 in the morning for our early flight. And there was even a quaint restaurant next door for some good traditional dinner. Thank you Genti, Hilda, and Loki."

"The first room we tried had dangling live electrical wires that sparked and shorted the electricity when we drew the curtain. The second room’s (yes we stayed in this fire trap anyway because we were only there for 5 hours until our early flight.) air con didn’t work. Again, spring stay, we made do. Walking distance to the airport at 4AM a plus. The place was reasonably clean, beds comfortable, but definitely would NOT recommend staying there."

"There were a lot of other options but this was by far above any other, inside or outside of the castle. The family that runs this offer exceptional service and quality. The breakfast was spectacular. This was an experience not just a hotel. "

"L'hotel té molt bones vistes i és molt agradable, però els queda molt camí per a recorrer per a un servei "correcte". Algunes coses a millorar: - el lavabo feia molta pudor del desaigua - l'esmorzar una mica escàs i sense opció de cafè (donen te) - El propietari ens va vendre, a l'arribar, l'opció d'un sopar tradicional. Quan tocava, el cambrer quasi no parlava anglès i no ens va poder ajudar gens en la tria. Va ser un bona decepcio."
