"The pool and the grounds of the hotel are nice but that’s about it. The rooms are very outdated and the inside feels more like a cheap motel. The staff are not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The location is basically in the middle of a construction site. You can definitely find a better place for the money. "

"Staff uninterested and unmotivated to help. Lack of English makes it very hard to ask anything. Facilities ordinary with pool area now a concrete jungle with fence around and buildings. Rooms lack toilet paper, towels and smoking allowed in hotel by mainly Chinese guests (Chinese have bought hotel) is disgusting for non smokers. Last time I stay there. "

"This is a delightful hotel, great service and good food. The linked restaurants Lemongrass is fabulous. Sadly the street outside is full of neon casinos and bars , whereas he hotel is a haven of quiet and tranquility. This is a great hotel for young children."

"We arrived on March11 . the service is in Top . They helped us moving tent and were very attentive. Breakfast also nice, with fresh juice, eggs, bread, yoghurt and fruits, frief nodles. There trips did not impreøse us that much. We did the morning Walk….and one of the boys did not spreak any english. Where were the animals. The Big area that was burnt? And where are the birds?
