"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. "the room we got was not worth the extra money. TV is not close to the bed and the couch was uncomfortable. it was not terrible and we enjoyed the beach and bar, just not worth the money i paid for the upgrade"

"Not a very good hotel for 3 stars. We always stay in 4 or 5. We had no choice as all hotels were booked. We where delayed for a flight so we had to book a room for the night. Would not recommend. A big difference between a three star and four star. We stayed at a 4 star 10 minutes away on the beach. Was amazing compared to this hotel. And for the same price per night. Would not recommend to anyone. "

"The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. Room was clean and comfortable could have done with a lick of paint though but the whole place will probably be demolished soon anyway to make way for another bloody Chinese casino. Cannot say I enjoyed my stay in...

"The Beach was nice, but the service was inferior. The landlord disappeared some of the days and thus No service was provided the rest of the Day. Daily cleaning was included, but was only performed if we asked for it. The Wifi did not work. "
