"The property was clean enough and fine for one night, but although there were many beds, there was only one bathroom and toilet. The overall condition of the property was a bit rundown. I'd expected better from the photographs."

"Booked this property and at the last second I was told there is a “Maintenace” issue that meant we couldn’t stay at the property! They sent me an “upgrade” to 20 Simpson crescent Hallam, a further 15 minutes to our daily commute. This replacement property was the most run down terrible property I have ever stayed in EVER. It was full of spiders and bugs inside, very old property, yard areas are an absolute mess, random bricks laying in the driveway, no gardening been done for a very long time....
