"The lighting in the kitchen areas were insufficient. It was hard to see around the sink area when washing dishes. The motion detection light switch in the bathroom would turn on the lights above the sink without anyone near the bathroom. I had to remove the bulbs from the light fixture in order to sleep without the lights going on. The wifi was horrible in and around cabin 5. "Older and rustic, but exactly what you would expect from a resort that has been there for decades. The rooms are smaller and the beds were quite comfortable, however, the rooms are very cozy and fit the setting for a mountain retreat. Would return without a doubt!"

"We were traveling in our electric vehicle and were so thrilled to have a place we could stay and charge overnight. They have a level 2 charger that takes 6-8 hours to charge at this level. I had called at 5:30 pm to make sure that I would be able to charge since the area is remote. I was told yes but when we arrived at about 9:00 p.m., both chargers were full. I would have charged at a fast charger in La Pine if I had known. I would have been a little disappointed because I booked this hotel...

"Stayed one night. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, which was not a major issue. However, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the front desk was unable to resolve the issue. I was directed to contact the IT service line, but unfortunately they were also unable to assist."

"The biggest issue to be aware of is that this hotel does not have an elevator. So any rooms on the second floor require dragging luggage up stairs. They have always had a first floor room available but if we ever got a second floor room we would not be able to carry the luggage up the stairs."

"this is a rustic area where there is local access to the Pacific crest Trail. The day hiking to midnight Lake was fabulous."

"The property is an old motel with minimal if any improvements. The sink in my room had a large unsightly crack in it . I never did get hot water out of the faucet. Not that I used it but the shower curb was poorly caulked and unsightly. The bed was serviceable but that was about it. Wouldn’t recommend staying there."
