"We had a wonderful stay at Alma Resort. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and has so much to offer for families, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional staff and level of service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were memorable, particularly at La Casa and Atlantis. Chef Binh, Dat, and Jack at Atlantis were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to come over personally, speak with our family, and check in to make sure we were enjoying everything. That level of hospitality and professionalism really made an impression on us. The food was also delicious and incredibly fresh, especially the seafood at Atlantis. Our entire family enjoyed our meals there so much.
The guest services team (Mia) was so wonderful and helpful . She helped us throughout our stay with excursions, dinner reservations, and anything else we needed, which made our vacation very easy and relaxing. special."
