"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. "The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. "It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. "

"This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!"
