"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at ITC Rajputana. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were courteous throughout my stay. However, my experience was spoiled at the very end. During check-in, I was handed a complimentary airport card, which led me to believe that the airport transfer was complimentary.
