"There were some things that needed attention in the room, Slow lavatory drain, grab bar loose, light that was burnt out. I made the staff aware upon checkout. They said that they would take care of it. The hotel is pretty good, it's just not 5 star because of it being dated. They were putting new carpet in the hallway so they are trying to get it updated."

"bigger than expected very roomy"

"No hot water our first day! Got approved for a late check out, then have the cleaning service yell at us for still being in the room, they even threw the do not disturb sign back into the room as she shut the door. Very rude!"
